Gulshan Ramsurrun

​Gulshan Ramsurrun is a 44 years old Primary School Educator whose passion has always been the Arts(drawing & painting) & Photography. He participated in a group exhibition in 1996 entitled “Salon des Talents Prometteurs” organized by Boopen Doobah, who has been a teacher, mentor and a good friend to him. He constantly tries likes to capture and depict everything in his immediate environment with an aesthetic touch, may it be people, plants, animals, the sky, the moon or even architecture, and on any media at hand. His quest to improving his skills earned him a “Certificate in Drawing Nature, Science and Culture: Natural History Illustration” from the University of Newcastle, Australia. Getting a chance to exhibit his artworks on this platform is a like a return ticket to the Artists’ Community.
