IOCD Consortium exists more than one decade for the promotion of business exchanges among operators coming from different regions and countries, namely Europe, USA, Asia, Indian Ocean and Africa.
Its founder, Mr Boopen Doobah strives to share his vision of a united world and united business development and exchange. He believes in one world one people; sharing of mutual opportunities and benefits for the welfare and well being of one and all. This is why IOCDAfrica focuses on the sustainable from multi disciplinary perspective.

IOCDAFRICA through its officers in Europe, Africa, the consortium has been called to work in closed collaboration with public, private and civil societies to facilitate and promote sustainable business development while focusing on the integration of those of the lower rung of the ladder. The founder and members of the consortium emphasize greatly on corporate social responsibility and equitable distribution of wealth and improving standard of living.
