IOCDAFRICA CONSORTIUM was formed in 2005 and  registered in Mauritius. and chaired by Mr Boopen Doobah, who is a well known International Business Growth Expert having worked under UNIDO, IOC-PRATIC, EU and WORLD BANK funded projects.  IOCDAFRICA which  represents a consortium of  collaborators, partners, economic operators as well as social entrepreneurs and Civil Society Organisation; mainly from the Indian Ocean and Africa regions. The main Network Partners are Greenaura, Greenaco and CODEPA.

 

IOCDAFRICA  acts as facilitator  to promote Medical Tourism,  Wellness & Leisure, particularly in the as well as ,  Regional Integration ( Indian Ocean Africa) Partnership and Exchange in collaboration and partnership in  the Indian Ocean Rim Association countries            ( West Australia to South Africa belt) We have representational offices in Europe, UK, France, India, Malaysia, Bangladesh among others.

 

IOCDAFRICA aims at Partnering for Sustainable Development of   Indian Ocean Africa  through Networking, B2B,  Business Promotion & Exchange, Socio-Economic Integration, Environmental Citizenship, Research and Development. In the first instance IOCDAFRICA focuses its attention on Mauritius and  Africa as well as countries forming Indian Ocean Rim Association.  IORA), SADC, COMESA, SUB SAHARAN & FRANCOPHONE AFRICA actually represent a huge  market  potential for dedicated operators and investors from Asia and Europe.
